At World Chess Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your grandmaster-inspired apparel and accessories. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
